It is almost impossible to be in business right now and avoid the words 'wellbeing strategy' or 'employee health' and alike.

In the aftermath of 2020's pandemic, no business can avoid the impending challenge we all face of looking after our people.  Both inside and outside of our business.

Many successful businesses have known for years that one of the best kept secrets to their success is making your people a priority.  It makes good business sense let alone being a social responsibility.

From now on it goes beyond doing the right thing and a requirement to tick a box but has moved to being crucial to survival and continued success.

HR functions (internal and external) will be the key to a competitive advantage (or not) and using them to their best ability will determine almost every other part of the business strategy.

But how will we find the time.  To develop a wellbeing strategy.  To implement it.  To research it.  With HR and business owners being at full stretch right now, wellbeing may have to take a back seat whether we like it or not and whether we value it or not.

What is WF21

Totally free to join, the forum will have 12 sessions planned over 12 months to break down a wellbeing strategy.

Set in a workshop format, each session will have an expert led seminar on a specific topic followed by the opportunity to share best practice with HR departments and owners of other businesses.

There will be constructive time to actually work on your strategy and not just take away ideas and add them to your 'to do lists'.  The programme has been been structured to enable bitesize delivery over the course of the year but with maximum effect.

Putting no additional strain on your time or money, this effective delivery will enable you to implement a strategy quickly and confidently.

What Do you Do

We will use our expertise in strategic planning to map the areas that are crucial to a succesfull wellbeing plan.

We will research the relevant sections to ensure we have up to date real time useful information and allow our experts to deliver professional advice on their areas of expertise.

Following the session we will summarise the ideas, take aways and action plans and research any issues that arise.

What is the purpose of WF21

WF21 was formed with the sole purpose of sharing the common burden faced by every business with employees.

It is rare a crisis is faced at the same time be everyone and this is where coming together can make a difference.
