Is This For Me?

You are spending your time to save money.  Considering your time is limited and can never be increased but your money is variable and is only limited by your progress, this becomes an interesting question as to whether you are striking the right balance.

You have lots of ideas/ vision for your business but are frustrated at having no time to document it, drive it forward or sometimes don't know where to start;

You often think about getting additional help - internally or externally but aren't sure exactly what you need, who is best to provide it and how to budget for it;

You want to invest in many areas of the business but can't afford them all;
