Having achieved a balanced business through our 90 day plan and ready to push to the next stage, there may be further areas you wish to explore in more detail.

These can be any specific areas of your business but common sessions include;

These sprint sessions are 60 days.  We already have the relevant information to make a quick start so they benefit from a reduced cash and time demand and get straight to the point on day one.

We may deliver the entire sprint session goals ourselves or we may introduce experts to assist with its delivery at this stage.  However, the price remains our fixed sprint session price no matter who else is brought in to help deliver the perfect solution for business.

Whether a one man band or a large SME, business owners need to stay on top of decisions and take advantage of their opportunities on a regular basis.  However, it can be hard to find the time, to be confident in narrowing down all the data and to keep the focus on the right things at the right time. 

Often an objective sounding board can be essential in bringing perspective and fresh ideas but also structure and confidence to business owners.   However, you may not be ready to take on a regular consultant with the associated costs at this stage.


Whilst we don't offer a full consultancy service, we can assist with 'mini board sessions' on a monthly or quarterly basis to bring this further within your reach.

We will collate all the relevant information on your behalf, set the agenda for your meeting, raise any key issues to be dealt with and identify the right areas for focus during the forthcoming period.
